1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using our website, or purchasing any service from Nanoshellnet, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

Nanoshellnet provides:

  • Shared, WordPress, and cloud web hosting

  • Domain registration and DNS management

  • Email hosting

  • IT-related support services

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Hosting illegal content, malware, or phishing websites

  • Sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or abusive messages

  • Hosting copyrighted content without proper authorization

  • Engaging in activities that may harm or disrupt our servers, network, or other customers

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Payments and Billing

  • All fees must be paid in advance as per the plan selected.

  • Payments are accepted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Refund Policy

  • Web hosting services are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee (excluding domain registrations, setup fees, or add-ons).

  • Refunds are only provided if requested within the first 7 days of service activation.

  • After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

8. Service Uptime & Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services.

  • However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or business interruption.

  • Nanoshellnet shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or costs resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service

  • Fail to pay invoices on time

  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
